The Season 23 finale of The Voice aired on Tuesday night (May 23) and featured incredible duet performances between the coaches and their team members. This two-hour episode was particularly momentous as it marked Blake Shelton’s final appearance on the show, culminating his long-running tenure as a coach.
During the episode, Shelton took the stage with his final two contestants, both still vying for the grand prize. Halfway through the show, Shelton and his sole country singer, Grace West, performed a collaboration of his hit “Lonely Tonight,” originally featuring vocals by Ashley Monroe.
Their onstage chemistry was palpable as Shelton and West traded vocals seamlessly, each enhancing the other without overshadowing. West, adorned in a stunning floral floor-length gown, exuded confidence and comfort next to the seasoned Oklahoma country crooner.
