You can make fresh bread in a very short amount of time by using this straightforward method, which does not need a starter.
Is what you require:
A total of 450 fluid ounces of flour, bread, or all-purpose flour
Quick yeast in a volume of 24 milliliters
At a temperature between 110 and 115 degrees, 1.5 cups of water
Honey (1/4 cup) (this is optional)
one-half of a teaspoon of salt

THE PREPAREMENT:
Combine the yeast, honey, and water by whisking them together. The mixture should be properly combined and then covered with a damp towel or cloth before being put aside for five minutes.
The yeast mixture should be mashed well with the flour and salt.
After thoroughly combining the ingredients with a wooden spoon, knead the dough for 2 or 3 minutes. (A hint: wet your hands in order to prevent the mixture from clinging to your hands.)
Two hours should be spent allowing the mixture to settle in a warm location. It is my microwave that I make use of
It is necessary to place the dough on a surface that has been gently sprinkled with flour in order to form it. After shaping the dough into a ball, place it in a bowl or bread basket to allow it to rise over time. (Here’s a hint: while my Dutch oven or oven is heating up, I let it an hour to rise.)
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
As soon as the oven is ready, you should begin heating your Dutch oven for a half an hour. Only five minutes before you want to start heating up your Dutch oven, you should do so. Place your bread in a single layer on a piece of parchment paper, and then score it around the perimeter.
After the Dutch oven has reached the desired temperature, place the bread inside. (A hint: place an ice cube on top of the crust to produce steam, which will add extra crunch to the crust.) Cook for a total of thirty minutes with the lid on and fifteen minutes apart.
After you have allowed it to cool, enjoy it!
